XINVAL ALD series diaphragm valve delivers ultra-high-speed gas pulses for ALD processes in semiconductor manufacturing. Exceptional cycle life and flow repeatability within ±3%. Available with standard or heatesistant actuator for process temperatures up to 200 °C. Suitable for surfaceount, tube butteld and metal faceeal connections.
