Overview
The G series metal face-seal fittings use a replaceable metal gasket compressed between two polished gland faces to create a high-integrity, helium-leak-tight seal. 316L stainless steel with electropolished surface finish options from Ra 0.13 μm (UHP) to 0.4 μm (GP). Suitable for ultra-high-purity gas distribution in semiconductor fabs. Each fitting is permanently marked with traceability information.
